Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Viberole subscriptions. Please read carefully before subscribing.

1. Digital Service Starts Immediately

Viberole is a digital service. Access to premium features starts immediately after purchase.

During checkout, paid subscribers must actively confirm immediate access and acknowledge waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right once service delivery begins. We keep an audit record of this consent, including timestamp, IP metadata, and policy version.

2. Refunds for Current Billing Period

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period after access has been granted.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

3. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after you cancel.

To cancel, go to your account settings or use the subscription management portal via the "Manage Subscription" link on the pricing page.

4. Billing Issues & Unauthorized Charges

For billing issues or unauthorized charges, please contact us within 14 days of the charge where reasonably possible using the contact link below.

We review valid claims in good faith and work with you to resolve legitimate billing errors in accordance with applicable law.

5. Access Until Period Ends

After cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew, and you will revert to the free plan when the period ends.
