Our platform allows users to engage in imaginative conversations with AI characters inspired by personality signals. All content is designed for entertainment, creative expression, and personal exploration, never for adult or explicit purposes.
Viberole is not an adult content platform, NSFW service, or dating service. It is a creative, entertainment-focused platform for users aged 18 and above.
Viberole is an independent application layer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any underlying AI model provider.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use Viberole to:

- ✗Content that facilitates real-world violence or illegal activity
- ✗Attempts to bypass AI safety guidelines or content filters
- ✗Impersonating real people to generate misleading or defamatory content
- ✗Using the platform to generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not engage in activities that:
- •Probe, scan, or test platform or AI-system vulnerabilities
- •Use bots, scripts, or automated tools without authorization
- •Share, resell, or distribute account access
- •Reverse-engineer proprietary models, prompts, or systems
- •Circumvent subscription or access controls
- •Use the platform commercially without written consent from Viberole
5. Content Moderation
Viberole applies first-party safety rules at the product layer. We use character instructions, request screening, refusal behaviors, and moderation review to block sexually explicit content and other prohibited material before it becomes part of the product experience.
Third-party model safeguards are only one layer of protection and do not replace our own moderation. We review flagged interactions, may suspend or permanently ban violating accounts, and may do so without prior notice and without refund.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

- •Forfeiture of any remaining subscription period without refund
- •Reporting to law enforcement where required by law
