5. Subscription & Billing
5.1 Free Plan
Viberole offers a free plan with limited features, including access to one AI character and a limited number of trial messages.
5.2 Paid Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis
- Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by plan tier
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time with 30 days notice
- Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing
5.3 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Creem customer portal.
6. Refund Policy
Our subscription refund framework:
- -Digital service access starts immediately after purchase. At checkout, users must actively confirm immediate access and acknowledge waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins.
- -Current-period fees are generally non-refundable after access is granted, except where non-waivable law requires otherwise.
- -Cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Attempt to harm the platform infrastructure or disrupt service for others
8. AI Content Disclaimer
AI Limitations:

10. Limitation of Liability

- Our maximum total liability, if any, shall not exceed the subscription fee for your current billing period

11. Intellectual Property
All content on Viberole, including AI characters, images, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Viberole or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
- AI-generated responses are provided for personal, non-commercial use only
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, including if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in prohibited conduct
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Pose a risk to our platform infrastructure
- For any other reason we deem necessary
Refunds Upon Termination: If your account is terminated for material breach of these Terms, refunds are generally not provided. Any exception is at our sole discretion or where required by applicable law.
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases and refunds are generally not provided except where required by applicable law.
13. Service Modifications
